- Had four points, but did grab seven rebounds in win at Vanderbilt.
- Had 13 points and 13 rebounds in win over visiting Florida. It was his fifth double-double of the season.
- Seven points, five rebounds and three assists in win at South Carolina.
- Scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds in win over Tennessee on Jan. 31. The 16 points was his highest point total since he scored 17 in the first Tennessee game, Jan. 14 in Knoxville.
- Had just one point in win over LSU on Jan. 28, but had eight rebounds, four assists and did a great defensive job on LSU point guard Anthony Hickey.
- At Georgia, produced his fourth double-double of the season, scoring 14 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Kidd-Gilchrist took 14 shots (making six), his highest total since going seven-of-16 against Louisville on New Year’s Eve.
- Played 23 minutes against Alabama, his lowest total since 22 in the St. John’s game on December 1. MKG picked up his first foul at the 15:42 mark, his second at 10:04. He had eight of UK’s 20 points at that time in the game. He did not score again until the 9:38 mark of the second half, putting the Cats up 55-50. He made two free throws with 7:47 left, but missed the front end of the bonus at 6:07. He fouled out at 1:07, the second time this season he has fouled out of a game. The first time was against Loyola-Maryland on Dec. 22.
- Scored nine points and grabbed six rebounds in 37 minutes in win over South Carolina.
- Scored nine points and grabbed 10 rebounds in win over UALR in Louisville. Left the game in second half in what was described as a possible muscle pull in his chest. Kidd-Gilchrist returned to practice and was pronounced fine for South Carolina game.
- Was the star of the game with 24 points and 19 rebounds in win over Louisville. Received an extra bonus when his mother, Cynthia, was in attendance. She had recently been in hospital.
- Scored 18 points and grabbed six rebounds in win over Lamar. Played just 27 minutes because of first-half foul trouble. Had four assists for the second straight game.
- Scored 15 points against Loyola for his fifth straight double-figure scoring game. Kidd-Gilchrist is averaging 17.4 points per game in that stretch.
- Scored 10 points and had just two rebounds in win over Samford. Is believed to be the founder of UK’s new Breakfast Club, group that works out and has breakfast before morning practices.
- Another strong performance with 17 points, eight rebounds and career-high six assists in win over Chattanooga. The freshman has scored 52 points and grabbed 28 rebounds in UK’s last three games. Made a career-high two three-pointers against Chattanooga on three attempts.
- Scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds in loss at Indiana. After game, Calipari said that Kidd-Gilchrist was Kentucky’s best player. In last two games, has 35 points and 20 rebounds.
- In win over North Carolina, Anthony Davis got the deserved praise for blocking that shot, but Kidd-Gilchrist turned in a double-double, scoring 17 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Much overlooked was Kidd-Gilchrist scoring five points in the final three minutes of the first half. He also hit both ends of a key bonus situation with 1:33 left that put the Cats up 73-69.
- Made just one of seven shots and held to five points in win over visiting St. John’s.
- Had 11 points, seven rebounds and three assists in victory over Portland on Nov. 26.
- Scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds in win over Radford.
- The freshman went from playing 19 minutes Saturday against Penn State to 34 on Sunday against Old Dominion. He scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
- Kidd-Gilchrist played just 19 minutes against Penn State, after playing 28 and 35 the first two games.
- Scored 12 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had four assists in win over Kansas. Did commit five turnovers and now has seven turnovers in first two games. Of his 16 rebounds thus far, 14 have come at the defensive end.
- Scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds in 28 minutes in college debut against Marist. Started that game. Made all five of his free throws.
