College basketball on television: Nov. 13

It’s back. And not a moment too soon. College basketball returns for real Friday with an interesting slate of opening-night games, including both the AP’s No. 1 (North Carolina) and No. 2 (Kentucky) teams plus the defending national champion (Duke).

Rich Hollenberg will handle play-by-play, Sean Farnham the color and Brooke Weisbrod the sideline duties Friday as Kentucky opens its 2015-16 season against Albany on the SEC Network.

Here’s the list of college basketball games on television:

Friday, Nov. 13

  • 5:00 – Colorado at Iowa State (ESPN2)
  • 6:00 – Wagner at St. John’s (Fox Sports 1)
  • 7:00 – Albany at Kentucky (SEC)
  • 7:00 – Mount St. Mary’s at Maryland (Big 10)
  • 7:00 – North Carolina vs. Temple (CBS Sports)
  • 7:00 – Pittsburgh at Gonzaga (ESPN)
  • 7:00 – Siena at Duke (ESPNU)
  • 9:00 – McNeese State at LSU (ESPNU)
  • 9:00 – Western Illinois at Wisconsin (Big 10)
  • 9:00 – Eastern Washington at Mississippi State (SEC)
  • 9:30 – Florida vs. Navy (CBS Sports)
  • 10:00 – Washington vs. Texas (ESPN)
