A.J. Reed’s versatility leads UK baseball to another Friday win. At the plate, Reed hit another home run. On the mound, Reed recorded the win. Kentucky is now 11-14 in SEC play.

Reed now leads SEC pitchers with nine wins.

Kentucky softball reaches the finals of the SEC Tournament for first time in school history.

The Cats produced a two-run rally in the ninth to beat LSU in the semifinals.

Long layoff no problem for UK men’s tennis team, which advanced in NCAA Tournament with a Friday win.

After taking Clemson’s Sammy Watkins, Buffalo deals ex-UK wide receiver Stevie Johnson to San Francisco. Tim Graham writes, “Stevie Johnson started out as a lovable overachiever. Then he became one of Buffalo’s most polarizing athletes.”

Dominique Hawkins will play overseas this summer.
