Despite rumors/reports over the weekend, Tallahassee linebacker James Hearns has not committed to Kentucky. Instead, the former Florida commit told Rivals he enjoyed his visit to UK but he has not yet ready to make his final decision.
Meanwhile, Hearns told Derek Tyson of espn.com that he is likely to visit Florida State before signing day. Hearns de-committed from Florida after being told that he was unlikely to gain entrance to the Gainesville school.
And Keith Kelsey, a Florida linebacker, has chosen Louisville over UK.
In other recruiting news, Marcus McWilson has de-committed from Nebraska. McWilson visited Kentucky over the weekend, as well. McWilson said that UK is his leader but has not yet ready to commit.
Meanwhile, Mark Stoops visited Conner quarterback Drew Barker this morning.
Keith Kelsey actually put on UK hat at his announcement and then said “psyche I am a Louisville Cardinal baby. Go Cards!”
