Highly-rated Louisville Trinity defensive end Justin Hatcher announced tonight on twitter that he has de-committed from Southern Cal. Hatcher tweeted that he is “wide open.”
For both Louisville and Kentucky that means game-on for the star prospect, who recently visited UK.
