Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo is reporting that Washington has re-signed Lexington native Shelvin Mack.
The former Bryan Station star, who helped Butler to consecutive NCAA runner-up finishes in 2010 and 2011, was drafted by the Wizards in the second round and played for Washington a year ago.
He was released earlier this year and was averaging 21 points a game for the Maine Red Claws of the Developmental League before being signed again by Washington.
