Woolard is Kentucky’s associate athletics director for basketball operations, and he is squelching speculation that Noel, the incoming 7-foot shot-swapper might not reach the standards for academic eligibility this fall. NBAdraft.net still has Noel ranked behind Indiana center Cody Zeller as the second-best NBA prospect for the 2013 draft.
