Instead of getting lost while in the confusion, I chose to start out really looking at my responsibility on this. Most of my purchasers share with me them to don’t feel comfortable likely to a yoga studio. One, they don’t look being a yogi, two they may not do the poses “perfectly”, lastly, they don’t know in which to even start. So many labels out there, so little time! This is a very common experience with the people I teach or maybe know. It is extremely challenging to go to a studio and relax when immediately you have to get your legs around lotus position. How uncomfortable is that? Yikes. Or you happen to be so busy doing power yoga you forgot to breathe or maybe relax, feeling sore when you walk away the studio. Since Relating to experienced both being uncomfortable like a student and teacher Personally i think it is my duty to spread most of my truth around. You don’t have label or box to suit yoga in. When I first began teaching meditation, I felt as easily had to “be” the specific way. Speak in a precise soft tone, and know all the right terminology.
