    May have saved Pelphrey’s job!

Cats have been overseeded for weeks. Shouldn’t be higher than a 6 max in actuality!

This team, in all honesty, should not make the NCAA tournament.

Maybe John can check the records, has a UK team EVER lost this many close games in a season? EVER????? I mean four games by two points, one game by a single point and one game by four points.

    Incredible…and sickening.

Again these guys need a shrink they absolutely choke when the game is on the line. It’s now all mental with them.

This one is on the coach! What team does not have play to get a shot under the basket to finish the game ?
The HOGS got a layup to end the first half.
When a player plays as much as Brandon did during the game he is not the one that needed to take the last 10 shots. Threes at that.

    Come on CAL

I think Josh Harrellson was open on the block. If my memory is correct, Arkansas had one defender covering Harrellson and Jones under the basket. Jones went toward the bench, the defender trailing him, leaving harrellson open. Just didn’t throw it to him.

They have always said to look at a coach’s record in close games. Calipari is a fraud as a coach. This is the number one recruiting class in the country and you get this? Calipari has never one coach of the year, never even been asked to coach a national team, is 1-9 versus Bob Huggins, never one a final four game, and Kentucky makes him the highest paid coach ever???

Whoever said Calipari was a good bench coach. He is a great recruiter and a good PR guy, but when it comes to Xs and Os, he is mediocre. I didn’t see the entire game, but where was Doron Lamb down the stretch? If he wasn’t injured or fouled out, he should have been in the game after Arkansas took the lead with 14 seconds remaining. I would rather see Lamb get a kick out 3-pointer off a Knight drive than to see Knight force up a prayer.

That should have read won and not one.

Terrence Jones – please stop trying to audition for the NBA during key offensive positions. Stop trying to be a point guard. Understand your limitations and play within your limitations. Work on your court awareness. Kick the ball out to the open man instead of trying to dribble the ball into traffic and then forced to throw up an awkward shot. Stay composed, don’t worry about the refs, the no calls, your missed free throws, keep your head in the game and be ready for the next play! Bottom line, although you have the greatest potential
on this team, you can use another year to work on your decision making and judgement.
