   I believe that if the quarterback is announced Tuesday, it will be Hartline.
   If it goes past Tuesday, it will be Mossakowski or Newton, most likely Mewton.

   Hartline has paid his dues and I’m sure is very deserving. Newton, however, is likely the future of the program. If that is correct, it seems to me it will be a mistake to hold him back any longer.

   I hope that those fans who wanted Newton or Mossakowski will respect the coaches’ decision. So many persons have expressed no confidence in Hartline. Evidently, they think they know more than coaches who see practice every day. If the coaches think UK is a better team with Mike at qb, so do I.

   unless Hartline has improved I personally was hoping for a different result. But coach Phillips is running the show and I trust he has made the decision based on who has performed the best.
