Travis K. Kircher is doing an excellent blog on the Karen Sypher trial for Fox 41 in Louisville.
Excerpt from Kircher’s blog on today’s proceedings, which included the bizarre testimony from Dana Kolter, Sypher’s former attorney who testified that he had sex with his client before she became his client, and even showed a picture of a sexual encounter.
An excerpt:
Kolter said they engaged in sexual relations in his office. He also admitted to taking photographs of this encounter. Four of these photographs were submitted for the court to view. The first three were of Karen Sypher sitting in a desk chair – dressed normally and smiling – and appeared to show no sexual activity. The other photograph was difficult to make out, but allegedly portrayed Sypher and Kolter engaging in sexual relations, though only the back of Sypher’s head could clearly be seen.
Kolter said Sypher was aware that the pictures were being taken.
Kircher details go on to give great detail of Kolter’s testimony.

Dana Kolter needs an extra hard kick in the butt.
Kolter got busted because of his active bragging about this affair before anyone knew who Sypher was. He bragged of the sex in his office and he bragged of the pictures. He has had many affairs with tramps like this and had been on public “dates” with some of them taking them to events with his jiu jitsu group. The Only option he has after getting found out is to act like a “victim” because he cannot deny the relationship since there are pictures to prove it.
He may have made a deal that would allow him to keep his license. At this point that is all that he is worried about.
To hear him say he was worried about them killing her or that he believed her is disturbing. Kolter would have threatened Sypher about his involvement to protect his reputation and status.
It will be found out that Kolter had financial difficulties, an ego and sexual addiction that motivated him to craft this whole plot for Sypher. Now he is throwing her under the bus. Anyone who knows these two (and I do) would know that she is a tramp, but not remotely smart enough to come up with this plot. Kolter is very smart and sneaky.
Watch Kolter, he is more involved than the news has reported yet. The prosecution is after Sypher and has worked something out with Kolter for his testimony.
Thus far, knowing the facts Kolter has lied more than anyone else. More people than myself are familiar with Kolter’s involvement here.
