One of two things will happen in the Rider game. Either the players will guard the three and shut down Rider, or we’ll have a repeat of the last two games and UK records its first loss. Both scenarios will prove to be beneficial in the long run, though. If they win, it means they’ll have effectively learned to defend the three point line; and if they lose then it will demonstrate that guarding the 3 will dictate how the season goes, and hopefully light a fire under the younger team members.
