Sorry Josh Harrellson no coach, teacher, or employer is going to read your mind to see that you do not understand your assignment. That’s life. The sooner Josh learns that the better of he will be.
Yeah I would been upset if you kept not paying attention to me and then you didn’t even ask an assistant when you continued to not understand. The entire team did goof off that night, as it did much of the entire season, and should of been on some sort of punishment.
I believe Tubby punished his players one year! He made the team carry around basketball with them one year because the players couldn’t had problems holding on to the ball. The balls would sleep, go to class, eat, take them to the bathroom, and everywhere the players went.
The type of punishment Gillispie doled out to Harrellson is a bush league and demeaning tactic applied by a person so lacking in coaching skills he could not think of a better way to motivate.
Amen, John. I couldn’t agree with you more. Disciplining someone is one thing, demeaning them is another. Considering his actions since his dismissal we can see that BCG had trouble figuring that out among other things.
So Forde thinks scandals should hurt a team’s ranking but he still has Pay-For-Play UCLA #1. What a tool.
