I don’t understand the NCAA sometimes. They NCAA clearinghouse ruled Rose eligible. Someone, who if I remember correctly is in prison, claims he took the test for Rose. The NCAA now punishes Memphis for the NCAA’s error. And why has the NCAA done nothing for years with the Cory Magette incident at Duke?
