Pep rally in Memphis to try to keep him will pale in comparison to the pep rally in Lexington when he arrives…

Seth Davis on SI.com says Nazr Mohammed gave Coach Cal a call yesterday:

“As further indication of how quickly both sides are moving to an agreement, a source told SI.com on Monday that former Kentucky center Nazr Mohammed called Calipari to recommend that he hire Scott Padgett, another UK alum, as an assistant.”

Will be interesting to see if he has more connection with former players.

you’re right on the money…10 students isn’t going to hold a candle to the madness that will ensue after he is announced.

Kentucky Basketball is too important to too many people to let our grip on it slip any longer. Hiring Calipari is the right move.
